Rental-Terms
You will be charged for the full retail value (Wedding gown, free gloves, petticoat, veil and bolero jacket) of the rental items and compulsory deposit fee before they are shipped to you.
Time Requirements: The optimum time frame for starting a dress rental is 3-4 weeks in advance of the wedding.
Delivery: Your rented Items will be delivered to you (usually by hand-for Kaduna, Abuja and Lagos State residents and by Fedex for non-resident of Kaduna State) no later than 4 weeks before the event.
Measurement: please ensure that the measurements you give to us are accurate. Contact a professional seamstress to take your measurements. Alternatively you can schedule a date with us to meet with our seamstress.
Alterations: No Alterations should be made on the wedding gown without the knowledge of the Bridal Shop.
Late Fees: We must enforce a strict late fee policy, because other brides and grooms may be waiting on the same rental items. We expect the items to be shipped back to us no later than the third day after the wedding. For most Saturday weddings, we need to have them shipped by you by close of business Tuesday. That allows us time to have the items cleaned before the next rental availability. During busy wedding months, the same garment may be needed at two weddings fourteen days apart. The late fees are N2, 500.00 per day. In the above scenario, for a wedding on Saturday the 1st of June, we expect the items to be sent on or before Tuesday the 4th. If you send it Wednesday, you will be refunded the difference of the retail price and the rental rate, less N2, 500.00. If you send it Thursday, you will lose N5, 000.00. Cleaning: You do not have to clean the items. We will have them professionally cleaned.
